Enquiries and project agreements
Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract or guarantee availability. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment schedules, revisions, cancellation, and ownership of commissioned work must be agreed separately in writing before work begins.
If a signed project agreement differs from these website terms, that agreement governs the project. Do not assume that an estimated budget or website description is a binding quotation.
